I agree and acknowledge that: 1) I am responsible for consulting with a physician prior to participating in HipHopCrusher.com dance classes online. I represent and warrant that I am physically able to participate in the program and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in taking online dance lessons. 2) I hold HipHopCrusher.com, its owners, employees, instructors and content contributors free of any liability for any type of injury incurred while using this website or any materials, videos, text and instruction on it. I waive any claim I may have against HipHopCrusher.com or Pacap Productions Inc. or any of their content providers, employees, directors, teachers, students or associates arising from my participation in taking online dance classes. I waive any claim for medical services arising from my participation in the online dance course. 3) I freely and voluntarily assume any risks and dangers inherent in the nature of taking dance lessons and accordingly, my participation in taking online dance classes on HipHopCrusher.com shall be entirely at my own risk. If I am under the age of 18, I have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate and the parent or legal guardian has reviewed these terms and conditions. 4) This agreement between the user of this site and HipHopCrusher.com is a Release, Waiver of Claim and Assumption of Risk and is binding on myself, the user of these materials as well as my administrators, executors, personal representatives or assignees. I have reviewed the Waiver of Liability and Medical Release sections of the Terms of Service found in the footer (bottom of page) on HipHopCrusher.com home page. I will use the information provided as I see fit, accept full responsibility for how I use these materials and hold anyone associated with HipHopCrusher.com free from any type of liability. As with any physical activity, there is a possibility of personal injury when dancing, so never perform any physical activity beyond your own fitness and comfort level. Make sure to practice in an area that is free and clear of debris and obstacles, where there is enough space to dance. Use additional caution when doing floor work, using gym mats if possible.
